Description
Der Bijou, eine eines Weinkellers würdige Mischung aus gereiften Red Virginias aus dem Osten North Carolinas, wird akzentuiert durch natürlich süße helle Blätter aus Kanada, kleinblättrigem Katerini und einem Hauch von Honig. Es handelt sich um eine Mischung aus der Cellar-Serie von Cornell & Diehl: Der Bijou reift durch diese Kombination verschiedener Sorten ungewöhnlich gut und nimmt mit der Zeit ein voller werdendes und den Geschmack bereicherndes Aroma an. Die geschätzte beste Reifungszeit für Bijou liegt bei 10 - 15 Jahren.
