Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Please note that a delivery of cuban cigars to the USA is impossible.
Shipping to Denmark is unfortunately no longer possible due to the increasingly complicated regulations that run counter to the goal of a unified European economic area.

All prices apply to "normal" packages. For larger weights or high goods values, please contact us before purchasing.

Dispatch costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

  • Flat rate shipping costs for Germany: 5 € (from an order value of 100,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost)
  • Flat rate shipping costs for Germany - EXPRESS: 29 € (regardless of the value of the goods)

Deliveries to foreign countries:

  • Flat rate shipping costs for Europe - PREMIUM: 19 € (up to € 2500 insured value)
  • Flat rate shipping costs for Europe - EXPRESS: 49 € (up to € 2500 insured value)
  • Flat rate shipping costs for World - PREMIUM: 35 € (up to € 2500 insured value)
  • Flat rate shipping costs for World - EXPRESS: on request, individually calculated

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-30 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

The minimum order value is: 30,00 €.

  • Cash or card payment when picking up in the store
  • Prepayment via bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery (plus COD charges 8,99 €)
  • Payment via credit card (MasterCard, Visa und American Express)
  • Payment by invoice (only for authorized regular customers, will be activated separately in the online shop)
  • Payment via SEPA direct debit (only for authorized regular customers, will be activated separately in the online shop)

Further details on payment

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 10 days.

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
