Sie sind gewissermaßen die jungen Wilden aus dem Hause Cohiba, deftig, ungestüm und sehr männlich. Im Juli 2007 gelangten die ersten Zigarren der dritten Cohiba Linie „Linea 5 - Maduro“ auf den deutschen Markt. Das besondere an ihnen: 5 Jahre gereifte und dreimal fermentierte Einlagetabake, die mit einem expressiven Spiel holzig-röstaromatischer Töne und intensiven Tanninen aufwarten. Eine deftige Melange aus typischen Cohiba- und Kaffeenoten, dazu moosig und pilzig. Ein intensives Kleinformat, das sehr langsam und konzentriert geraucht werden sollte - Liebhaber kräftiger und intensiver Smokes werden sie als würzige Ergänzung zu edelsüßen Getränken wie erlesenem Port oder Madeira schätzen.
